Whatsapp has announce it that they will no longer support some devices, They announce it on their blog that they will End their Service by 2016 on the following platforms:
- Nokia S60 series [symbian]
- Nokia S40 series
- Android Version 2.1 and 2.2
- Blackberry, None exclusive i.e including bb10
- Iphone3GS/ iOS 6
- Windows 7.1
They announce that these platforms wont be able to support their future upgrades. If you fall into categories of people using this type of phone, just upgrade your android version to Android 2.3 or later, upgrade your windows to window 8 or later and you ios to that of 7 or later but it seems no solution for the nokia user yet and the platforms must be upgraded before the end of this year to continue using whatsapp.
Once youve upgraded your device, just install whatsapp and start enjoying again.
