How To share Data (Megabytes) on MTN, Airtel, Glo and Etisalat

Good Morning Xtrains, This morning am just going to drop the tutorial on how to share Yor data (megabytes) with another person of the same Service Provider. This method of Data Transferring is just like the normal Airtime share and it is easy.

How to transfer Data on MTN
MTN seems to have reduce their cost of subscription, making it easy for their subscribers to opt-in for their data. To transfer Data from MTN to MTN follow the steps below:

1. Dial *131#
2. Reply with 3 and another page will open
3. Choose between Data Share and Gifting Data. ( Data Share means sharing out of the data you have on the line while Gifting means buying Data for the person and the money will be deducted from your line).
4. After Choosing, you will be ask to change your PIN
5. After changing the pin, then you can add beneficiaries of 5 Maximum
6. After Adding beneficiaries, then reply with data share, Input the data amount and select the recipient number as beneficiary. Enter it and the data would be send successfully.

How to transfer Data on Airtel

Airtel Data Share is easy, no need to register but only change your default pin. Steps to follow when sharing Data from Airtel network

1. Dial *141# and reply with 8
2. It will show the options available and if you are a new user, change the default pin which is 1234 to anythhing you wish.
3. To share data from an existing data bundle on your line reply with 3 but if you want to buy it for the person reply with 2
4. Then another option will appear, just reply with 2
5. Then you will be asked to enter recipient number
6. You will be asked to enter the Amout
7. Finally you will be asked to input your pin and send.

NOTE: Not all data plan allow data sharing and  can oly send 90% of your data.

How to transfer data on glo

Globalcom come with a different style due to the fact that you can only share Data, But no Amonut, To share Data just dial the below codes

1. To add to the share list, Dial *127*01*(friends no)# e.g *127*01*08057849322# or alternatively, you can send Share (friends number) to 127 E.g Share 080563228971
2. To remove, dial *127*02*friend number# E.g *127*02*080599763288# or alternatively Send Remove (friend number) to 127 E.g Remove 08152379963 to 127
3. To view your sharing 'List' dial *127*00# or send 'List' to 127

How to transfer data on Etisalat

Etisalat means is the simplest, not stressful and straightforward. No need to register for it. Just Dial

1. *247*0000*new pin# to change your pin
2. Then dial *229*pin*amount of data*recipient*3# to send E.g *229*1778*80*08097653319*3#

NOTE: Minimum Transferable data size is 10mb for Etisalat
